L-Lysine HCl 70% is a semi-concentrated feed-grade lysine raw material with an available lysine content of approximately 70%. The remaining components are corn bran and fermentation carriers. Compared with 98.5% L-Lysine Hydrochloride, it features lower cost and superior dispersibility. It is suitable for complete feeds, premixes and concentrate feeds for medium-to-low grade livestock, poultry and aquaculture, serving as a core amino acid additive to balance dietary amino acids and reduce soybean meal consumption.

Conventional feed materials such as corn, bran and DDGS are inherently severely deficient in lysine, which is the primary essential amino acid for the growth of pigs and poultry. 70% L-Lysine HCl can precisely fill the amino acid gaps in feed formulas and bring the amino acid profile of feed close to animals’ ideal nutritional requirements.
When soybean meal prices are high, supplementing with 70% L-Lysine HCl allows the reduction of soybean meal inclusion in diets. It can significantly lower the overall raw material cost of feed without compromising animal growth performance.
It comes with natural organic plant carriers and boasts better flowability than pure crystalline lysine. It hardly agglomerates during mixing in small and medium feed mills or when preparing concentrate premixes, delivering superior mixing uniformity and preventing local excess or deficiency of amino acids.
It features excellent thermal stability with minimal nutrient loss under high-temperature pelleting and extrusion processes. Its carrier can absorb grease to improve the palatability of powder feed.
Lysine participates in the synthesis of antibodies and immunoglobulins. It alleviates weaning stress in piglets and group transfer stress in poultry, promotes intestinal mucosa repair, and reduces the incidence of diarrhea.
